There’s something raw and beautiful about sitting down to a meal where you can trace every ingredient back to the dirt it sprouted from.

One of the first things we did when we moved to the Shuswap was visit one of the many local Shuswap Farmers Markets.  It was July and the market was full of seasonal bounty, local artisan crafts and delicious tastes.  It was hard to decide so we simply didn’t and just bought everything!
